When should I RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP by April 18th, 2027.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal western encouraged! We invite our guests to dress in semi-formal western attire for our mountain wedding. The ceremony will take place at the Vail Interfaith Chapel, followed by a reception at Donovan Pavilion. Complimentary transportation will be provided between venues. Even in June, Vail evenings can be cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl and wearing comfortable shoes.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please arrive between 12:15–12:30 PM to allow plenty of time to find your seat before the ceremony begins. As a courtesy to the couple and all of our guests, anyone arriving after the ceremony has started will be asked to wait until Katie has walked down the aisle before seating.

Will there be an open bar?

Absolutely! Drinks are on Busch, so come thirsty and get ready to dance the night away!

Can I bring a guest or a plus one?

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family. We hope you will take this opportunity for a romantic night out!

Can I take photos?

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during our ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our photographers will capture every special moment, and we’ll be excited to share those memories with you afterward.

What will the weather be like?

Weather in the high country can be unpredictable! June days are typically sunny and warm, with highs in the 70s, but afternoon showers are always a possibility. Evenings cool off quickly, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl and wearing comfortable shoes.
