Semi-formal. Our ceremony will be at the Vail Interfaith Chapel with the reception to follow at Donovan Pavilion. Transportation will be provided. We recommend bringing a warm layer (coat or shawl) for chilly evenings and wearing comfortable shoes.

Please arrive between 12:15-12:30 to ensure you have time to find your seats at the Vail Interfaith Chapel. If you arrive late, you will be asked to wait until Katie has walked down the aisle before seating.

Yes! Drinks are on Busch, so get ready to dance the night away!

Due to the venue capacity, we are able to only accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation.

While we love your kids, unfortunately due to space restrictions at our venues, we are unable to accommodate children outside of immediate family. We hope you will take this opportunity for a romantic night out!

We kindly ask that you keep phones away during the ceremony. Our wedding photographers will be capturing everything, and we will be sure to share photos with you soon!

Weather in the high country can be unpredictable! Days are often sunny and warm (mid-70s), but afternoon summer thunderstorms are common and typically short-lived. Nights at elevation can be chilly (often dipping into the 30s–40s, even in June), so please bring a warm layer like a coat or shawl and wear comfortable shoes.
